Dear Friends of TurQuoize:

We would like to say thank you to all of the wonderful people we have met since TurQuoize, Inc. was founded three and a half years ago, the last two of which were spent at the beautiful Morrow Galleries complex. We are doing it by having a closing week sale of 10%-50% price reductions on our final show,"Contemporary Art and Antiques—An Estate Sale".

Works from gallery artists and several private collections are on sale, and include paintings, sculpture, and works on paper by Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, Georges Rouault, William Ronald, Gordon Rayner, Ray Cattell, Claire Weissman Wilkes, Gretta Gibney, Saul Steinberg, Duncan MacPherson, and others. We are also showing a beautiful 1910 Photogravure "Adam and Eve" by Frank Eugene. Three of our famous and rare Carbon Pigment Photographic Prints by John Bladen Bentley will also be on offer at a very special price of $1,000.00 each!

This closing sale will coincide with the annual Morrow Galleries Party on Thursday, July 14th, 2005 from 5 pm to 9 pm. Enjoy a live band, free beer and hotdogs in the courtyard! In addition to the band outside, TurQuoize will be hosting a performance by noted jazz pianist, John T. Davis.

While this event and the week-long sale will mark the closing of TurQuoize at this location, be assured that we are still very much in business! Locally, we are ramping up our direct sales, art consultancy and rental services. Internationally, new opportunities have arisen in Dubai, the crown jewel of the United Arab Emirates. In addition to representing selected artists in Dubai, TurQuoize will be the Marketing Agency for a large collection of French 17th- and 18th-century antiques (including lamps with custom-made art shades), and for a unique line of furniture combining antique-style external hardware with high-tech interiors. The couture collection of famed fashion designer Pat McDonagh will also be in our portfolio.

If you are an artist, a gallery, or a designer in the fields of Fine Art, jewellery, fashion, accessories, or furniture (or know someone who is), please e-mail us for further information. Both residential and commercial markets are booming in Dubai, a place whose economy is, to a large part, based on shopping! The first visit will take place in September, so please do not delay. A new website is under construction, and we will be vastly increasing our Internet presence. We like making money while we are sleeping, and if we are making money, our clients are too!

Remember, this is not goodbye! We are still committed to making original art accessible. If you are considering an art purchase for your home or business, please call for an on-site visit. We love to help! Also, if you are an art lover who is downsizing your collection, we offer a resale service that you may find helpful.

We hope to see you sometime next week, and don't forget the Party! July 14, 2005 between 5 pm and 9 pm.
